FAQ

Q: Do you have a Nexton Only membership option?
A:
Yes and no. The Nexton location has a number of amenities not available at the Goose Creek location. Some of these amenities include, a locker room and sauna, group fitness classes and optional daycare. Since these amenities increase the cost of membership, we have also granted access to both locations as an added value for our Nexton members. So, while it is a Nexton only membership, you also get VIP access to our Goose Creek location.

Membership Terms and Conditions

DRAFT POLICY
BOLD FITNESS determines your draft date by sign-up date.
If you sign up between:
1st – 10th – Your draft date will be the 5th of each month
11th – 20th – Your draft date will be the 15th of each month
21st – End of Month – Your draft date will be the 25th of each month

CANCELLATION POLICY
BOLD FITNESS uses a 10-day cancellation notice.
You must cancel in writing (in person or via email) by the below date or you are responsible for one final payment:
If you are a 5th draft, you must cancel by the 24th of the previous month
If you are a 15th draft, you must cancel by the 4th of current month
If you are a 25th draft, you must cancel by the 14th of current month

ANNUAL FEE
BOLD FITNESS charges a maintenance fee on the 5th month after joining and then on that date every 12 months. The charge matches the membership.
i.e. – if you join in January, your maintenance fee will be every June

GUEST POLICY
You may bring a guest every day for free. If you have a couple’s membership only the main person is allowed to bring a guest. The family add-on is not eligible to bring a guest.
FAQ: Yes, you may bring a guest after hours as long as you have a 24-hour key fob.
